Rachel Maxwell
MS, APN, FNP-BC
Rachel joined our office in May of 2018 as a family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Millikin University and her Master of Science from Northern Illinois University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2011 and brings over 12 years of various nursing experience to the office. She desires to participate with each patient to create a working plan toward health promotion and disease prevention utilizing patient involvement and education. She and her husband reside in Bloomington with their four young children. Her free time is usually spent outside playing, watching a sporting event, inside with her family, or curled up with a good book.
